Introduction

The purpose of the Center for Continuing Education is to serve the local community by providing quality educational opportunities to its citizens. There are two different academic programs offered :
The Advanced Management Program is for managers and officers of public organizations. It teaches current knowledge about management, financial affairs, personnel, and marketing. It also covers issues related to the local culture such as environmental protection and other important issues. The program is for one year and the students are admitted twice a year-both spring and fall semesters. Effective and practical education is provided through lectures, practical training, seminars, debates and training abroad.
The General Educational Program focuses on classes to improve the general quality of life job skills for local citizens. The 16-week program includes studies in English Communication, Computers, Photography Theory and Technique, Chinese Communication, Traditional Culture, Reading Skills ,Interior Design, etc.
These are non-degree programs but a certificate of completion is awarded to students who finish the program.
