Admission Guideline for 2027 International Freshman & Transfer Students

Handong Global University announces the 2027 admission guideline for international freshman and transfer students.
Please make sure to review the attached Admission Guideline in full before applying, as it contains all detailed requirements.

■ Overview

• Eligible programs: International Freshman Admission / International Transfer Admission (2nd & 3rd year)
• Eligibility: Applicants for whom both the applicant and the applicant's parents hold foreign nationality (non-Korean)
• Application method: Online application only (English Website → Admissions → Undergraduate → Apply Now)

■ Important Notice on Application (Please Read Carefully)

· The online application system officially opens on August 1, 2026.

· The system may be temporarily accessible before the official opening for testing purposes.  

  Any applications or documents submitted during that test period are invalid and will not be accepted.

· Only applications submitted on or after August 1, 2026 will be recognized as valid.

· An application is considered complete only after the Application Fee has been paid.

  Without payment, no application number is issued and the application will not proceed. After payment, you must submit your remittance information through the designated link.

■ Admission Schedule (KST)

• Required documents and language proficiency criteria (recommended / required)
• Educational backgrounds that are not recognized (e.g., homeschooling, equivalency examinations)
• Tuition and scholarships (Cornerstone Scholarship, guaranteed dormitory, etc.)
• After-acceptance procedure (registration → visa → entry to Korea → orientation)

2027학년도 한동대학교 외국인 신·편입학 모집 안내

한동대학교 2027학년도 외국인 신·편입학 모집요강을 안내드립니다.
지원 자격·서류·일정 등 모든 세부 사항은 반드시 첨부된 모집요강 원문을 확인하신 후 지원해 주시기 바랍니다.

■ 모집 개요

• 대상: 외국인 신입학 / 외국인 편입학(2·3학년)
• 지원 자격: 지원자 본인과 부·모 모두 외국 국적인 자
• 접수 방법: 온라인 접수 전용 (영문 홈페이지 → Admissions → Undergraduate → Apply Now)

■ 접수 관련 필수 유의사항 (반드시 확인)

•  온라인 지원 시스템은 2026년 8월 1일부터 정식 오픈됩니다.
• 정식 오픈 전 시스템 점검(테스트)을 위해 일시적으로 접속이 가능한 경우가 있으나, 그 기간에 접수된 지원서·서류는 모두 무효 처리됩니다.
• 2026년 8월 1일부터 접수한 건만 유효한 지원으로 인정됩니다.
• 전형료를 납부한 지원 건만 '접수 완료'로 처리됩니다. 전형료 미납 시 접수번호가 발급되지 않으며 전형에서 제외됩니다.

• 인정되지 않는 학력 (홈스쿨링·검정고시 등)
• 등록금 및 장학금 (코너스톤 장학금, 전원 기숙사 등)
