President Soon-Heung Chang of Handong Global University, welcoming a new semester, has made time to communicate with students over breakfast. President Chang has visited the Handong Global University Student Cafeteria on the day the new semester started, the morning of March 5th.
President Chang spent time candidly conversing with the students over breakfast. Asking questions and requests to the President who they do not have chance to meet often, the students and President Chang had time to communicate directly with one another.
In a breakfast with about 500 students, more than triple the average number people having breakfast, President Chang said he will “root for the students’ healthy and meaningful University life” and asked, “to think about the problems of the community and the world and to become practicing individuals in sharing and servicing our neighbors”.

Lee Ji-Hye, President of the Student Government, has said “I am grateful for President Chang in hosting breakfast and listening closely to our stories”.
President Chang has promised to hold meetings with students through various methods such as having breakfast together, sharing intimate communicative sessions once every month to listen to the students’ thoughts.
