President Chang had a heart-to-heart conversation with students while eating breakfast together. Students continued an unconstrained communication by giving their suggestions or asking questions to President Chang.
President Chang stated, “I hope that our school can continuously create an atmosphere where everyone gets along with each other well and I will prepare a nighttime snack next time.”

President Chang also took time to communicate with students through events, such as the breakfast event and nighttime snack event, during the beginning of the semester or midterm periods last March and April. President Chang also plans to take time to encourage and communicate with students through nighttime snack events during the finals period in June.
Do Ji-Hyeon, the president of the Student Government, remarked, “It is a good opportunity for a valuable time to communicate with the President, who is the school’s leadership, through having breakfast events with the President every semester. There are many cases among Handong students where they skip breakfast because they studied or had meetings till late night on the day before. I hope this type of event can be a good chance for students to start eating breakfasts again.”
